Getting started or getting back on track

Xero setup & training

Help with bank feeds, contacts, invoice templates and bringing supported records into Xero, followed by practical training in the everyday tasks you’ll handle yourself. Setup follows agreed instructions for accounting and tax coding.

Catch-up & cleanup bookkeeping

Bring overdue records and reconciliations up to date, identify missing documents and work through discrepancies. The file is reviewed before the scope and fee are agreed.

Optional operations support for product businesses

Available as a separately scoped project or ongoing arrangement.

Inventory & product costing

Stock and SKU records, straightforward trackers and dashboards, discrepancy checks, and product cost and margin calculations using agreed inputs. Reorder needs can be flagged against your agreed stock levels and lead times.

Suppliers & purchasing

Gather and compare quotes, communicate with local or overseas suppliers about availability and lead times, and track outstanding orders. Purchasing and production schedules are prepared for your approval.

Tasks, volumes, update frequency and approvals are agreed before work begins.

Meet your bookkeeper

Hi, I’m Jack.

Jack Veale, owner of Inflow Bookkeeping
Jack Veale · Owner & Bookkeeper

As the owner of Inflow Bookkeeping, I bring more than five years of experience across business operations, Xero bookkeeping and accounts administration.

My experience spans both Australia and the US, including running the US operation of an Australian product business. Alongside daily operations, I handled customer invoicing, supplier accounts, and payments and reconciliations across multiple currencies. That experience helps me connect your books with the practical demands of running a business.

Inflow is for small business owners who want straightforward support and a direct contact who follows things through.

  • Practical experience. Bookkeeping backed by an understanding of suppliers, purchasing and business operations.
  • Direct communication. You work with me, the person doing your books.
  • Clear updates. Organised records and straightforward explanations.

Small business support, across Australia

Remote delivery is standard. Occasional local visits may be arranged separately.

Support that fits your business
